Support supply chain planning activities by forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring timely material availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning processes, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Drive S&OP work with sales, brand & trade marketing, production, supply chain and distribution teams to align demand and supply plans.
2. Monitor SKU-wise inventory status, stock movement, stock out risk, slow moving stock, and replenishment requirements.
3. Follow up on production plans, supply schedules, dispatch status and delivery priorities to ensure timely product availability.
4. Track forecast vs actual sales variance and highlight major gaps for corrective planning.
5. Prepare regular demand, supply, inventory, stock-out, pending order and service level reports for management review.
6. Prepare 6 months' supply plan of FG to meet S&OP forecasts, sales trends and business requirements.
7. Execute accurate monthly material requirement plan (MRP) and provide RM/PM requisitions with a 6 month planning horizon.
8. Ensure RM/PM availability to support production and unconstraint demands.
9. Prepare and maintain BI dashboards delivering insights into sales, inventory, SKU performance, and channel profitability.

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
