The Factory Admin Manager at AG Packaging Industries Ltd. is responsible for overseeing and managing administrative functions within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures efficient operation of day-to-day activities related to human resources, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and internal communications. The Factory Admin Manager acts as a key liaison between the factory and corporate office, ensuring smooth operational workflow and compliance with company policies. The position requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to enhance productivity and support the factory’s overall goals and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Booking and route planning of covered vans, trucks and containers as per the delivery.
- Determining the route of the company's own vehicles, supervising regular repairs and maintenance.
- Monitoring the daily duties, attendance and performance of transport personnel (drivers, helpers).
- Keeping vehicle registration, fitness certificate, insurance and other documents updated.
- Keeping records of all operational expenses, including fuel costs, tolls, repair bills and preparing report
- Managing vehicles quickly and taking alternative arrangements as per urgent transport needs
- Lead and supervise a team of Security Guards
- Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security
- Maintain different registers related to security, guest, inventory etc. and prepare reports accordingly
- Factory open & closing smoothly.
- Ensure delivery in truck and maintaining queue and confirm no rain can damage the product.
- Overall controlling and management of corrugated carton packaging factories.
- Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth functioning.
- Keep labor and production and other resources running efficiently.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed Monitor product quality.
- Minimize consumption of resources - raw materials and energy.
- Always get factory ready for announce and unannounced buyer visit and compliance audit.
- Daily check over all cleaning & housekeeping condition of the factory inside & outside.
- Supervise production floor and also do necessary repairing and maintenance work.
- Monitor and control proper disposal of wastage and effective waste management systems.
- Over all responsible for maintain factory health & safety standard.
- Ensure Factory Safety & Security of factory premises & also during the Holiday period.
- Ensure cost effective production, reduce wastage.
- Lead and supervise a team of Security Guards
- Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security
- Maintain different registers related to security, guest, inventory etc. and prepare reports accordingly
- After completing loading, it will be ensuring all necessary papers and challan are ready to complete entire delivery process
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/ Masters in any discipline
