We are looking for a Manager, Warehouse to manage and control all warehouse operations for our sweater manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for efficient handling of yarn, accessories, work-in-process, and finished garments, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage, and timely issue and dispatch in line with production and shipment schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in garment or sweater manufacturing, warehouse planning, and team management, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for yarn, accessories, WIP, and finished sweaters
2. Ensure accurate receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials and finished goods
3. Maintain proper inventory control, stock accuracy, and reconciliation with ERP/system records
4. Plan and coordinate material issuance to production as per knitting and production schedules
5. Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery and shipment
6. Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and proper segregation of materials
7. Ensure safe handling, storage, and housekeeping in line with safety and compliance standards
8. Manage warehouse staff, allocate duties, and monitor productivity and discipline
9. Prepare and review stock reports, aging reports, and variance analyses
10. Coordinate with production, procurement, and merchandising teams for smooth operations
11. Control warehouse costs and minimize losses, damages, and pilferage
12. Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company policies

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor or Masters in any discipline
