We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support budgeting, costing, financial analysis, and performance reporting in a well-reputed RMG group. The role requires strong analytical skills, MIS reporting, and sound knowledge of finance and RMG operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data related to production, costing, and profitability
2. Prepare detailed budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
3. Develop and maintain MIS reports, financial models, and management dashboards
4. Conduct order-wise, style-wise, and buyer-wise cost and margin analysis
5. Monitor production efficiency, wastage, and operational KPIs with finance insights
6. Support pricing decisions by analyzing cost structures and contribution margins
7. Assist in cash flow forecasting, fund requirement planning, and working capital analysis
8. Coordinate with accounts, merchandising, and production teams for accurate financial data
9. Support internal and external audits by providing schedules, reports, and analysis
10. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of financial information with company policies

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration

Professional Certifications:

• CA/CPA /CMA part qualifications
