We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead financial planning, accounting, compliance, costing, and audit functions in a well-reputed RMG group. The role requires strong leadership, IFRS knowledge, budgeting, taxation, and ERP experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collect, review, and analyze financial and operational data from production, merchandising, and accounts departments.
2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, efficiency, and profitability.
3. Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling projections.
4. Analyze budget vs. actuals and highlight significant variances.
5. Recommend corrective measures to optimize costs and improve profitability.
6. Conduct order-wise, style-wise, and buyer-wise costing and margin analysis.
7. Evaluate production costs, labor efficiency, raw material usage, and wastage.
8. Support pricing decisions and negotiation with buyers by providing accurate cost insights.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
10. Develop dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
11. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support decision-making.
12. Monitor cash flows, fund requirements, and working capital.
13. Assist management in liquidity planning and fund allocation.
14. Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing schedules, reports, and clarifications.
15. Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
16. Work closely with Accounts, Merchandising, Production, and Planning teams for accurate financial reporting.
17. Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
18. Identify gaps and suggest improvements in financial processes and reporting systems.
19. Support automation and ERP integration for better data accuracy and efficiency.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration

Professional Certifications:

• CA /CMA part qualifications
