Wellness Ventures Ltd., a sister concern of Labaid Group, is seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, support strategic planning, and drive financial efficiency in a growing healthcare-focused business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Finance & Accounts function, including financial planning, budgeting, cost control, reporting, and compliance.
2. Oversee overall finance & accounts functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
3. Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
4. Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
6. Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and regulatory authorities; coordinate audits and assessments
7. Monitor costs, analyze variances, and recommend cost-control measures
8. Support management with financial analysis, business planning, and decision-making
9. Supervise and develop finance & accounts team members
10. Implement and improve internal controls, policies, and financial systems

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor's/ Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration

Professional Certifications:

• CMA / ACCA (qualified)
