Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead sales growth and strengthen brand presence across our markets. The role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue, managing key client relationships, and coordinating promotional activities. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with leadership skills to support business expansion and achieve company objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment needs.
  2. Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  4. Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
  5. Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth transaction process for clients.
  6. Provide clients with comprehensive information about properties, market conditions, and legal requirements.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to attract clients.
  8. Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to build a robust client base.
  9. Make Sales & meet the monthly target.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Bachelors/ Masters in Any Discipline
