Hoplun Group is urgently seeking an experienced Officer – Merchandiser for our Lingerie Manufacturing Factory located at Cumilla EPZ, Cumilla-3500. The role will support merchandising activities including buyer communication, order follow-up, sample development coordination, production tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery while meeting quality and compliance requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with buyers regarding order confirmation, specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules
2. Handle order follow-up from sample development to bulk production and final shipment
3. Coordinate with design, sampling, production, QA, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution of orders
4. Prepare and maintain T&A plans and monitor production progress to meet shipment deadlines
5. Ensure accurate interpretation of tech packs, measurement sheets, BOM, and buyer requirements
6. Follow up on sample development, approvals, and revisions (fit, PP, size set, TOP samples)
7. Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories sourcing and approval status
8. Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met as per buyer and company policy
9. Identify and resolve issues related to production delays, quality problems, or material shortages
10. Maintain proper merchandising records, order files, and reports for management review
11. Coordinate with the logistics/commercial team for shipment planning and documentation support
12. Support cost control and help achieve on-time delivery (OTD) targets

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelors/ Masters in Any Discipline
