The Executive / Sr. Executive – HR Compliance is responsible for ensuring full compliance with local labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and social compliance standards in a 100% export-oriented garments factory located in Gazipur. The role involves maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.), monitoring factory practices related to labor standards, health & safety, and working conditions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to meet buyer and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, factory rules, and buyer codes of conduct.
• Maintain and update all compliance-related documents, records, and registers.
• Coordinate and support internal, external, and buyer audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord/Alliance, etc.).
• Monitor working hours, wages, overtime, leave, and attendance to ensure legal compliance.
• Implement and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) after audits.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and welfare standards in the factory.
• Conduct worker awareness training on labor rights, workplace discipline, and compliance issues.
• Handle worker grievances and support disciplinary procedures as per law and policy.
• Liaise with buyers, third-party auditors, and government authorities when required.
• Prepare compliance reports and submit updates to management regularly.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelors/ Masters in Any Discipline
