Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Limited, a sister concern of Zaber & Zubair Group, is seeking a dynamic Asst. Manager – Store/Warehouse to oversee inventory control, warehousing operations, and material flow, ensuring accurate stock management, timely issue/receipt, and efficient support to uninterrupted production and dispatch operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and issuing of materials
2. Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and proper documentation
3. Maintain ERP/system-based records for all inward and outward movements
4. Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material handling standards
5. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
6. Supervise store personnel and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards
7. Prevent stock loss, damage, and pilferage through effective controls
8. Prepare inventory, consumption, and stock variance reports
9. Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
