We are seeking an experienced Manager – Admin (Factory Admin) to lead and manage overall factory administrative functions for a renowned MNC in the apparel sector, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, safety, and effective facility management within a large manufacturing setup.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day factory administrative operations
- Manage security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and local laws
- Coordinate safety, fire, and emergency preparedness activities
- Supervise admin staff and outsourced service providers
- Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and cost control
- Liaise with management, auditors, and government authorities
- Support HR and production teams to ensure smooth factory operations
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation/ Master's in any discipline
