We’re looking for a motivated Junior Executive/Executive -HR Admin to support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR & admin activities in a dynamic work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on exposure to recruitment & onboarding
- Employee records management & HR documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Support employee queries and engagement activities
- Assist with statutory compliance and audits
- Coordinate exit formalities and documentation
- Prepare HR reports and support daily HR operations
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
Professional Certifications:
