Job Description:

A well-reputed group of companies is looking for a competent Sr. Officer / Asst. Manager – HR Admin to manage HR operations, administration, and compliance activities. The position is based in Uttara, Dhaka.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules effectively.
  • Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and manpower planning.
  • Supervise attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS/MIS reports.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Lead employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
  • Manage office administration, vendors, and support services.
  • Support audits, inspections, and management reporting.
  • Liaise with management to support organizational HR strategies.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
