Job Description:

The Executive/ Sr. Executive-HR Compliance will oversee and strengthen the implementation of social, legal, and buyer compliance standards across the garments division of Urmi Group. The role ensures adherence to labor laws, audits, and corporate policies while supporting continuous improvement of workplace conditions, documentation, and compliance systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, buyer standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain all compliance-related documents and reports.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external social, technical, and compliance audits.
  • Identify non-compliance issues and drive corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Conduct regular factory inspections, trainings, and awareness sessions.
  • Work closely with HR, welfare, and production teams to improve workplace standards.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
