Job Description:

Assistant Manager (HR & Compliance) supports recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit standards. Coordinates training, documentation, and workplace safety practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Social Compliance and Sustainability functions, along with HR software operations for the factories.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, amendments, buyer Code of Conduct, and international standards.
  • Independently handle and coordinate social compliance audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SLCP, ISO 45001, etc.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain and manage all legal licenses, certificates, verifications, and test reports for audit purposes.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing, final settlements, resignation, and termination procedures.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s/Master’s /BBA/MBA
Professional Certifications:
