The Executive/IE role is responsible for improving production efficiency and optimizing manufacturing processes within a garment factory environment. The position focuses on work study, line balancing, capacity planning, and cost reduction to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to determine accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value) for each operation.
• Perform line balancing to ensure optimal utilization of manpower and machines.
• Monitor daily production performance and compare actual output vs. targets.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production lines and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and update capacity planning and production layouts.
• Develop and improve work methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support production team in achieving maximum productivity with minimum cost.
• Analyze operation breakdowns and suggest improvements for smoother workflow.
• Ensure proper line setup before bulk production (pilot run follow-up).
• Maintain IE-related reports such as efficiency reports, line performance, and operator efficiency.
• Work closely with production, planning, and quality teams to meet shipment deadlines.
• Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: Textile engineering / Diploma in textile.
