The Production Reporter is responsible for collecting, monitoring, and reporting daily production data in a woven garments manufacturing unit. The role ensures accurate tracking of line performance, output, and efficiency, supporting management in making informed production decisions. It involves close coordination with production, IE, and planning teams to ensure timely reporting and smooth workflow in a fast-paced factory environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Daily RMG Master report Fabric to Shipment
2. Daily Sewing Closing report make and analysis
3. Daily Finishing Closing report make & analysis
4. Daily Wash closing report make & Analysis
5. Prepare floor wise report and closing summary of all section like fabric, accessories, cutting, sewing, wash, finishing & shipment.
6. Daily Co-ordinate with Store, Cutting, Sewing, Wash and finishing section on Production, Quality over all in time shipment.
7. CM costing report make & analysis
8. Weekly & Monthly cut to ship report make & Analysis
9. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Management KPI report make & Analysis (Factory Efficiency, CPM cost, MMR ratio, Cut to ship ratio, DHU %, Non-Productive Time, Style Change Over Time Etc.)
10. Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
11. Daily sewing Production report with efficiency Report analysis (Use for IE Formula Base)
12. Daily OT analysis (Cutting, sewing Finishing with all factory) asper OT schedule
13. Daily Non productivity time NPT data record & data analysis and cross check with Concern Department
14. Daily Short Shipment reason make & analysis
15. IE Efficiency report analysis & Daily machine minutes calculation and cross check with Ie team.
16. Efficiency Calculation, Capacity calculation, OT hour calculation, Working Hour, machine minutes calculation & analysis.
17. Daily sewing Line WIP report properly follow-up & analysis
18. Daily Finishing Floor WIP report properly follow-up & analysis
19. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
20. Daily wash send receive report Analysis
21. Any report to do prepare by computer Excel, ms word & power point use as per the demand of the Authorities.
22. ERP software knowledge will be must.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
