Fortis Group is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our HR & Admin team. We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, accuracy in payroll processing, and a passion for HR operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Maintain and update employee records, salary structures, attendance, and leave data
- Handle payroll-related statutory compliance, including taxes, benefits, and deductions
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement, reconciliations, and reporting
- Assist in HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and payroll discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and HR analytics for management review
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and labor regulations
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR and payroll data
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
