Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To perform overall payroll management and doctor's accounting.

1. To execute & disburse compensation and benefits such as salary, bonus, provident fund, gratuity, leave encashment, overtime, TDS, etc.

2. To support the payables team for payment processing.

3. To perform reconciliations & reporting for month-end closing, etc.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting, Finance, or related field
