mindCurve is looking for a smart, presentable, and dynamic Deputy Manager / HR Manager – Recruitment to lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate must be skilled in sourcing the right talent from the market through strategic recruitment methods and modern HR practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and select suitable candidates
  • Use strategic methods to attract the right talent
  • Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring
  • Coordinate with management and department heads for recruitment needs
  • Prepare recruitment reports and presentations

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
Professional Certifications:

  3. Training/Course: MS Office

  5. Additional Requirements:
