Dekko Accessories Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager/Sr. Manager – Finance to lead and manage the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial compliance, driving strategic financial planning, and optimizing financial processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial management in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Job responsibilities not limited to: Experienced in Financial Statement preparation, Reporting, Taxation, Internal Control.  
2. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
3. Assist in preparing financial statements, monthly/quarterly reports, and tax filings.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis processes.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
7. Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
8. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and ERP systems.
9. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management

Professional Certifications:

• Student Final Level of CA/CMA/ACCA Will get preference
