Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Administration

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and professionally presentable individual to support the Leadership Office through effective management coordination, executive communication, and administrative operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and official activities of the Leadership Team.
  • Act as a liaison between management and internal departments.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and management records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and corporate events for leadership.
  • Follow up on management decisions and action plans.
  • Support leadership in administrative and operational coordination.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Concentration/Major: Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
Professional Certifications:
