We are looking for a competent and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager (Accounts & Finance) who will oversee the overall financial and accounting operations of the organization. The role involves budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, VAT & tax compliance, cash flow management, audit coordination, and ensuring accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will work closely with management to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Candidates should have strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage financial operations efficiently in a corporate environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of financial statements
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax & Vat laws, and company policies
3. Oversee general ledger, journal entries and account reconciliations
4. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
5. Prepare bank reconciliation statements regularly
6. Ensure timely submission of VAT, Tax and other statutory returns
7. Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes
8. Verify salary & wages sheets for accuracy and process employee salary & wages disbursement through bank advice.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Master of Commerce/MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.
