Job Description:

A well-reputed group of companies is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Manager – HR & Administration. The role involves overseeing overall human resource operations, administrative functions, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and office administration to ensure smooth organizational operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with proven experience in HR policies, labor law compliance, and administrative management. Candidates having experience in corporate/group company environments will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall HR and administrative operations of the company.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee confirmation, and separation processes.
  • Supervise payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor office administration, logistics, security, transport, and facility management.
  • Coordinate with department heads to support organizational manpower planning.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement.
  • Manage administrative budgets, vendor coordination, and procurement-related activities.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
