Team Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive – HR & Admin to support recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance & leave management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, HRIS maintenance, training coordination, and overall administrative operations while ensuring a smooth and compliant workplace environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Support payroll preparation and HR compliance activities
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and performance-related activities
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations and office management
- Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and smooth office operations
- Maintain HRIS/database updates and prepare HR reports when required
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and organizational procedures
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative and HR support
- Support employee relations and address basic HR & admin queries efficiently
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed university or related field.
