Mir Ceramic Limited, a leading Tiles Manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking some dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Executives/Sr. Executives in the Marketing & Sales department. The selected candidates will be responsible for executing the company`s marketing and sales strategies within their assigned territories.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Execute the company’s marketing and sales plans in assigned territories to achieve set sales targets.
2. Conduct regular visits to zonal dealers and maintain strong professional relationships.
3. Promote new product line to developers, contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
5. Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure consistent business growth.
6. Advise customers on product selection based on their design and quality needs.
7. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to maximize company revenue.
8. Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
9. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
10. Report key insights and feedback to supervisors for strategic decision-making.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
