MIR Ceramic Limited (MCL) is the leading tiles manufacturer in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager/ Manager for our Corporate Sales division. This position requires dynamic individuals with strong understanding of industries & private organizational procurement processes and excellent sales skills. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a proven track record in corporate sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned corporate sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, and successful project conversion.
2. Identify, develop, and secure new corporate and project-based sales opportunities in the building materials sector.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, interior designers, engineers, and procurement teams.
4. Lead tender participation, submission follow-up, technical approvals, and commercial negotiations to ensure successful order confirmation.
5. Conduct regular client visits and project site follow-ups to ensure pipeline movement and conversion.
6. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customized project proposals.
7. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to close high-value corporate deals.
8. Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms and coordinate with internal departments (logistics, supply chain, production) for on-time project delivery.
9. Monitor and analyze sales performance, project pipeline status, monthly & yearly target achievement, and market intelligence.
10. Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies, industry trends, and recommend strategic actions to strengthen market position.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field.
