The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within an assigned territory. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with distributors and key customers, executing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The position also involves market analysis, competitor tracking, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure effective product availability, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
- Manage and develop distributor, sub-dealer, and retailer network.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in market.
- Lead, monitor, and coach sales team (SO/Field Force) for performance.
- Execute trade promotions and monitor competitor activities for market growth.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing Or Related Field
