Next Collections Ltd., a concern of Ha‑Meem Group, is seeking a dynamic Manager–Store to manage inventory, oversee material handling, and ensure smooth store operations to support uninterrupted garment production.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate stock levels of fabrics, trims, accessories, and general items.
2. Implement FIFO/LIFO and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
3. Supervise receiving of materials with proper documentation (e.g., GRN).
4. Ensure timely issuance of raw materials to production as per requisitions.
5. Maintain updated records in ERP/software and physical registers.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
7. Ensure store operations meet buyer compliance standards (labelling, segregation, traceability, etc.).
8. Support audits (internal, buyer, or third-party).
9. Work closely with procurement, production, merchandising, and accounts departments.
10. Ensure smooth material flow without delays in production.
11. Supervise and train store staff (storekeepers, helpers, loaders).
12. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure workplace discipline.
13. Ensure safe, clean, and organized store environment.
14. Implement fire safety, material handling, and storage best practices.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
