Next Collections Ltd., a concern of Ha‑Meem Group, is looking for a proactive Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure compliance with company policies, and support smooth office and factory operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office and factory operations.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and administrative records.
- Assist in managing staff attendance, leave, and discipline records.
- Coordinate staff transport, accommodation, canteen, and other facilities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain records related to licenses, approvals, and certifications.
- Monitor security, cleanliness, and overall maintenance of office and factory premises.
- Coordinate with service providers for repairs and utilities.
- Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and utility service providers when required
- Support audit and inspection teams with required documentation and reports.
- Prepare administrative reports and updates for management.
- Assist in organizing official events, meetings, and visits.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
