KDS Garments Industries Limited is seeking a Sr. Executive – Production Engineering to oversee and optimize garment production processes. The role involves improving production efficiency, analyzing workflow and line balancing, monitoring machine utilization, reducing operational bottlenecks, and ensuring productivity targets are achieved. Candidates should have strong knowledge of industrial engineering practices, garment manufacturing operations, and process improvement techniques, along with the ability to coordinate with production teams to maintain quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Analyses rolling plan & Prepares Operation Breakdown with analysis through GSD
2. Identify critical processes and find best methods, discussion with Sample & product development teams
3. Provides bulk SMV to production Floor & Planning as per Provisional Plan
4. Maintain video library & update the same in case of introduction of any new processes
5. Operation Standardization through GSD
6. Cross check given SMV with production floor IE’s and in case of updating of SMV, update the same to Planning
7. Check line learning curve achievement & target are accurate as per given SMV in Daily reports
8. Practical Knowledge of workplace Engineering in the floor as per the given SMV/Method
9. Comprehensive knowledge in all kinds of sewing machinery & Attachments/work aids
10. Ability in Innovation & Automation
11. Costing SMV analysis by the referring Tech pack is an added advantage

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Textile Engineering/Related Field
