The Sr. Officer (Store) is responsible for managing store and inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records, timely receipt and issuance of materials, maintaining inventory reports, conducting stock verification, and coordinating with relevant departments to support smooth production and business operations. The role requires strong knowledge of inventory control, store management procedures, ERP systems, and documentation practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of Trims & Accessories received and issued, including quality checking as per procedure.
• Proper documentation of receivable & issue materials using ERP system.
• Prepare and check inventory reports; inform department head accordingly.
• Monitor and follow up on receiving & delivery schedules.
• Ensure stock availability as per production plan.
• Follow up material distribution and consumption.
• Coordinate production floor goods delivery.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly requisitions as per production requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock following FIFO & LIFO methods.
• Prepare buyer-related documents.
• Maintain BIN Card and Stock Register.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards.
• Ensure warehouse & employee safety facilities as per compliance.
• Conduct monthly 100% physical inventory counting and closing report.
• Prepare daily receive & delivery reports and share with department head via email.
• Keep accurate monthly & yearly physical inventory records.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
