Team Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional for the position of Executive-HR Admin & Compliance to support recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance & leave management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, HRIS maintenance, training coordination, and overall administrative operations while ensuring a smooth and compliant workplace environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepared & maintain all separation issues of Management, Staff & Worker Level as and when required.
- Prepared & maintain all Promotion, Increment, Transfer issues of Management, Staff & Worker Level as and when required.
- Handling grievances, managing disciplinary actions (warnings, show-cause notices), and promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintaining All Lefty & Resign issues.
- Any other task given by supervisor.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed university or related field.
