Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
2. Greet patients, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding services and procedures.
3. Register patients by collecting and verifying the required personal and medical information.
4. Confirm doctor appointments and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellations.
5. Guide patients through the consultation process and direct them to the appropriate doctor or department.
6. Assist patients with diagnostic test coordination, billing inquiries, and payment-related procedures.
7. Receive payments, issue receipts, and prepare daily cash collections for handover.
8. Submit collected cash and supporting documents to the Senior Executive Cashier according to established procedures.
9. Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation, prepare reports, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
10. Comply with organizational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and customer service protocols while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: HSC/Graduate/Masters in any discipline
