The role involves overseeing product costing, cost analysis, budgeting, and profitability assessments to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of manufacturing cost structures, particularly in the leather or footwear sector, and a strong understanding of standard costing practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing and analyzing cost reports and budgets.
2. Support cost control activities to ensure financial efficiency.
3. Collaborate with various departments to collect and analyze cost-related data.
4. Monitor and review actual costs against budgets and standards.
5. Prepare reports and presentations on cost performance and variance analysis.
6. Participate in cost estimation and pricing strategies for new projects.
7. Assist in the development and maintenance of costing systems and procedures.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management
