TEAM Group is hiring a Manager/Sr. Manager – Warehouse to oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. The role will ensure efficient warehouse management, accurate stock records, timely material movement, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor, lead, and control all warehouse operations, including Grey & Finished Fabric, Yarn, Accessories, Chemicals, Maintenance, and General Warehouse.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, company policies, procedures, and management guidelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date stock control system and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
- Consolidate store, production, and stock requirements according to the approved production plan.
- Monitor material procurement and production plans for fabric, yarn, accessories, chemicals, maintenance materials, and other requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimum stock balance and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time availability of materials as per the production plan.
- Maintain effective coordination with customers, suppliers, transport companies, production, planning, and procurement teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all incoming, storage, transfer, and issued materials.
- Ensure all items are properly stored in their allocated areas/racks with updated BIN Cards and necessary information.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Reconcile all remaining materials after order completion and shipment.
- Implement and maintain 5S, housekeeping, cleanliness, and proper warehouse organization.
- Plan and monitor future warehouse capacity requirements based on production and business needs.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports to management.
- Ensure effective utilization of warehouse space, manpower, equipment, electricity, water, and other resources.
- Monitor and control warehouse operating costs to ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
- Minimize material loss, damage, wastage, and unnecessary operational expenses.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and control of chemicals and other sensitive materials in compliance with safety requirements.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse employees to ensure productivity, discipline, efficiency, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely availability and issuance of materials to production to support uninterrupted production operations.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
