1. Overseeing a 24-storied building’s maintenance and repair activities including fire prevention equipment
2. Supervision of a group of security and technical people.
3. Routine maintenance and preventive action
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
5. Capable of completing the task with minimal supervision and developing maintenance procedures
6. Any other assignments given by the senior management time to time as and when required

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
