KDS Logistics Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Officer / Officer – Compliance to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards. The role involves monitoring compliance practices, supporting audits, and promoting a culture of integrity within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, port regulations, and government requirements.
• Conduct regular field inspections and monitoring at Yard, CFS (Container Freight Station), and other operational areas.
• Assist in audits, prepare compliance documentation, and maintain necessary records.
• Liaise with relevant departments and external regulatory authorities.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions where non-compliance is identified.
• Participate in compliance awareness and training programs.
• Must be hardworking, proactive, and physically fit for frequent field work across Yard, CFS, and other logistic zones.
• Basic understanding of compliance or logistics operations is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
