Team Group is looking for a motivated and organized Executive – HR to support day-to-day human resource operations. The role will be responsible for employee records, recruitment support, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, employee communication, and assisting in the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee personal files, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, updated, and organized in both physical and digital formats.
- Verify, collect, scan, upload, and archive all new joiner documents and employee information in the HR database and personnel files.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by assisting with new joiner documentation, form completion, document verification, body fitness assessments (height, weight, and medical history), and preparation of employee records.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain employee letters and official HR documents, including appointment, confirmation, transfer, increment, warning, termination, and relieving (lefty) letters.
- Coordinate and follow up on employee interview evaluation forms, personal file checklists, police verification, and other employment-related documentation.
- Prepare employee pay slips, referral bonus lists, and other HR-related reports and documentation as required.
- Compile and submit weekly and monthly HR reports, ensuring the accuracy of manpower and employee data.
- Update factory and project manpower information by coordinating with site representatives and relevant stakeholders via phone and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with Patrol Inspectors and other operational departments to collect, verify, and update employee information and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for employee ID cards and nameplates by preparing detailed lists, communicating requirements via What’s App or other approved channels, and ensuring timely collection and distribution.
- Ensure proper filing, record retention, confidentiality, and secure handling of all employee documentation.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/ Related Field
