• Lead and manage all technical aspects of garments production.
• Provide practical, hands-on guidance in sewing, stitching, and machine operations.
• Address technical issues promptly to ensure smooth production flow.
• Support operators with folders, attachments, and machine settings for improved efficiency.
• Ensure proper installation, adjustment, and maintenance of specialized machines.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and IE teams to enhance workflow and output.
• Train and upskill technical staff and sewing operators when required.
• Ensure compliance with production standards and technical specifications.
• Work on process development & skill development.
