Remark HB Limited is seeking a results-driven professional to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes. The role involves preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, monitoring financial performance, strengthening internal controls, and supporting management with timely financial analysis for effective decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Align with sales leadership to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual BEP sales and P&L and track actual performance vs targets to identify gaps, risks and opportunities.
2. Support S&OP process with updated volume/value projections and monitor trade promotions, distributor margins, discounts and ensure adherence to company policy.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of trade schemes and promotional investments.
4. Ensure proper accruals and provisioning for trade spends.
5. Evaluate pricing proposals, customer deals and channel program to ensure profitable growth monitor contribution margin by SKU, region, channel and distributor.
6. Provide recommendations to optimise product mix and channel profitability.
7. Design and validate sales incentives scheme aligned with strategic priorities.
8. Track sales team KPIs and provide analytical insights.
9. Prepare dashboards and present insights to senior management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Concentration/Major: MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.

Professional Certifications:

• Professional qualification such as CA (CC) / CMA or ACCA will be an added advantage
