We are seeking an experienced procurement leader to manage general purchase, covering building and project materials, garment machinery and machine parts. The role includes planning and controlling section-wise procurement budgets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead general purchase operations for building materials, project materials, garment machinery and machine parts, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply.
• Plan, monitor and control section-wise procurement budgets and report variances to management.
• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure the best cost, quality and lead time.
• Review quotations and comparative statements; ensure all purchases follow company policy and the approval matrix.
• Develop and evaluate suppliers and drive cost-saving and vendor rationalization initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Administration, Production and Accounts to plan requirements.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve supplier issues and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Guide, train and evaluate the purchase team.
• Coordinate import procurement of machinery and spare parts with Commercial, including shipment follow-up and documentation.
• Prepare annual purchase plans and maintain a price database for major materials, machinery and spares.
• Ensure vendor compliance with contract terms, warranty and after-sales service for machinery and project supplies.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
