Epyllion Group is seeking a motivated and responsible Executive – Social Compliance & EMS to ensure compliance with social, ethical, environmental, and sustainability standards. The role involves monitoring workplace compliance, conducting internal audits, maintaining documentation, supporting external audits, implementing corrective action plans, and ensuring adherence to applicable labor laws, buyer requirements, and environmental management standards. The candidate will contribute to maintaining a safe, ethical, and environmentally responsible workplace.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of the factory's Social Compliance Management System in line with Bangladesh Labour Law, Labour Rules, and applicable international standards.
2. Monitor compliance with buyer Codes of Conduct, workplace standards, and social responsibility requirements.
3. Ensure effective implementation of Better Work program requirements and follow up on findings and improvement plans.
4. Coordinate social compliance audits, assessments, and buyer visits, including WRAP and other customer-specific assessments.
5. Monitor workplace conditions, occupational health and safety, fire safety, and worker welfare in coordination with relevant departments.
6. Conduct internal compliance inspections, identify non-compliance, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAP).
7. Ensure compliance with environmental requirements under GOTS, OEKO-TEX, GRS, Higg FEM, and applicable buyer requirements.
8. Ensure proper segregation, storage, handling, and disposal of solid, hazardous, and general waste.
9. Monitor environmental performance indicators and prepare periodic environmental performance reports.
10. Coordinate environmental inspections, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring activities.
11. Ensure proper maintenance of environmental permits, certificates, monitoring reports, and related documentation.
12. Monitor certification validity, audit schedules, corrective action plans, and compliance status.
13. Ensure audit findings are closed within agreed timelines.
14. Identify audit gaps and develop corrective and preventive action plans with responsible departments
15. Prepare monthly and quarterly Social Compliance and EMS performance reports.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: BBA/ MBA in Human Resource Management Social Science/ Environmental Science or a related field from a recognized
