"EZY HUB LTD" is a growing BPO Company is looking for a competent and dynamic HR and Admin professional to coordinate and process HR and Administrative operations of its Dhaka Office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, handling the interview process, conducting reference checks etc.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns, and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR Sheets and personnel files.
- Assist in the performance management process by tracking employee performance evaluations, facilitating performance discussions, and supporting employees in setting performance goals.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee events.
- Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Concentration/Major: HRM
Professional Certifications:

- Additional Requirements:
• The applicants should have experience in the BPO Industry.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
