Salton Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a growing pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial compliance, and supporting internal and external audits. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s financial health and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
2. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data and Product Batch Costing.
3. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
4. Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
5. Maintaining accurate financial records.
6. Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
7. Computing Taxes, VAT & Assessment of Import items.
8. Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
9. Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
10. Facing Internal & External Audit.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management

Professional Certifications:

• Must CA cc or Application level completed/ACCA/ICMA Partly Qualified
