Manager / AGM - HR, Admin & Compliance

Job Description:

X Ceramics Group, a leading ceramic tile manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Human Resources, Administration, and Compliance functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a productive and compliant workplace culture across the Group’s operations, including its manufacturing and corporate facilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Manpower planning, reviewing and accordingly recruit the required manpower as per recruitment policy.
  2. Analyze, plan and execute Training & Development for skill improvement and motivation of the employees.
  3. Job analysis and preparation of job description of staff.
  4. Take care of labor disputes and disciplinary matters.
  5. Ensure legal compliance of policies, procedures, termination, dismissal and compensation etc.
  6. Maintain overall safety and security.
  7. Look after general administration & Compliance issues.
  8. Ensure good housekeeping, cleaning and hygienic matter of the factory.
  9. Operation of HR software i.e. attendance, leave, payroll etc.
  10. Ensure factory Compliance, Quality Management System & continual improvement.
  11. Review the employee performance time to time and take necessary action.
  12. Any other assignment given time to time by the management.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Concentration/Major: Masters in any discipline with PGD in HRM
Professional Certifications:
  • PGD in HRM
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 35 - 55 years
  2. Gender: Male, Female
  3. Training/Course: MS Office
  4. Area of Expertise: HR and Admin
  5. Additional Requirements:

    1. Experience in any well-known tiles/ceramic factory is preferred.
    2. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS / HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management & in-house training.
    3. He must have thorough knowledge of labor law/ labor rules/ code of conduct.
    4. The incumbent should be able to handle any adverse local/labor unrest situation. Must have experience dealing with law enforcing agency.
    5. Computer conversant & must have sound communication skills.
