Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading export-oriented composite knitwear manufacturer, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Factory (Accounts & Cash Management) to oversee financial operations at its Narayanganj factory. The role is critical in ensuring effective cash flow management, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions, monitoring factory expenditures, and maintaining internal controls in line with corporate standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd, Barnali Collections Ltd and also for other Sister Concerns.
2. Maintain Cash records of all Concern and Reporting on Daily Basis
3. Petty Cash Maintain and reconciliation, posting into Tally/ERP and report to supervisor of All Concern.
4. Checking bills as per company guideline.
5. Ensure necessary payments with proper approval & guideline.
6. Fund Requisition received from various departments & match with budget, checking policy and approval as per guideline and submit to HOD as per timely manner.
7. Salary & Other Allowances Distribution, Reconciliation & related Reporting.
8. Maintain all Cash Fund, Reconciliation & related Reporting.
9. Reconcile Accounts Payable & Receivable Balance and report to Management.
10. Physical Visit to any Concern as per Management Requirement.
11. Control & track the expense as per approved budget.
12. Different MIS reporting as per Management Requirement.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management

Professional Certifications:

• BBA & MBA with CMA or CA partly qualified.

   5. The applicants must have 2 years’ experience in the similar position.

   7. Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
   8. Good intellect and analytical skills.
   9. Must have good presence and leadership ability.
   10. Must have excellent computer literacy.
