Sunwe Footwear Limited, is a 100% export-oriented China-Bangladesh Joint Ventured company located in Bangladesh with a view to manufacturing of PU/synthetic/non-leather shoes for gents and ladies and exporting those to abroad. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive for Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Keeping record of day-to-day financial activities; 
2. Preparing & examining bills/invoices, vouchers accounts payable/receivable, payroll   processing, and bank reconciliations; 
3. Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
4. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
5. Maintain compliance with statutory requirements (Tax, VAT);
6. Assist in internal/external audits and tax filings;
7. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports;
8. Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes.
9. Implement best practices for financial controls and documentation. 
10. Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Procurement) for financial data validation.
11. Support the Finance Manager in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management

Professional Certifications:

• CA (CC) from a reputed CA firm, CMA Part

Special Qualification: <p><ol><li>Proficiency in accounting software specially in Tally and MS Excel</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting standards.</li><li>Basic knowledge in TDS, VDS and statutory compliance.</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ol></p>
