Ezy Hub Ltd is looking for a Finance Executive dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and helping drive efficiency across all areas of the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- · Manage the end-to-end loan processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
- · Act as a client’s associate, ensuring all necessary documentation is requested and followed up promptly.
- · Request and follow up with clients to collect the required documents for loan applications and settlement.
- · Accurately enter client information and track loan progress within the company’s CRM system.
- · Create and prepare detailed credit guides and credit proposals for clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- · Prepare and calculate lender servicing calculations as part of the loan approval process.
- · Review pays slips and other financial documents, conducting compliance checks post-settlement to ensure all requirements are met.
- · Demonstrate top-notch email etiquette and communication skills when interacting with clients, Australian banks, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- · Build and maintain relationships with Australian banks and lenders to ensure efficient processing of loan applications and settlements.
- · Provide additional administrative support as needed, including managing client queries, maintaining records, and assisting the team with other tasks as required.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

- Additional Requirements:
- · Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- · Previous experience in a similar role within the finance or mortgage industry is highly desirable.
- · Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong email etiquette.
- · Strong ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- · Knowledge of the Australian mortgage lending and financial services industry is a plus.
- · Knowledge of compliance checks and financial document analysis is preferred.
- · A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.
- · Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
