Frentica is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our marketing and sales operations, developing effective strategies, and driving business growth through campaigns, client acquisition, and team collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans

* Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets

* Identify new business opportunities and market trends

* Plan and execute campaigns (online & offline)

* Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate leads

* Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports

* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution

Requirements:

* Proven experience in marketing and/or sales management, In retail and wholesale sector

* Must need to have Vast knowledge in Cosmetics sector

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Target-driven mindset with the ability to multitask

* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

* Proficiency in digital marketing is a plus

* Must be able to work from the office during working hours
